Information you provide
The contact form requires your name, email address, phone number, and message. The message may include business or professional information you choose to provide. Do not use the public form for regulated or highly sensitive information.
Security and technical information
The form sends a short-lived Cloudflare Turnstile verification token and submission-timing value used to reject automated abuse. The server may provide the requesting IP address to Cloudflare for verification. Hosting, network, security, and application infrastructure may also process request headers, IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, requested URLs, and security events needed to deliver and protect the site.
Website-use information
Vercel hosts the website and provides anonymous, cookieless Web Analytics. Vercel states that this service does not store personal identifiers or associate page-view data with an individual or IP address. Its analytics data points may include the page path, referrer, filtered query information, timestamp, coarse location, device type, operating system, and browser.
Google Analytics is optional. If you affirmatively allow it, Google may process page and interaction data, a first-party client identifier, session information, approximate location, browser and device information, and IP address at collection time. This website sends a contact-form completion event only after a successful submission; the event does not contain your name, email address, phone number, or message.
Privacy-choice information
The site stores your analytics selection in your browser's local storage. That value records only whether optional analytics was granted or denied. It is not included with a contact-form submission.
Where the information comes from
Information comes directly from you when you submit the form or contact us, automatically from your browser or device when you use the site, and from the hosting, security, analytics, and email providers that perform the roles described in this policy.
How we use information
We use information to:

Submitting the form asks Tailored Approach to respond by phone or email about that inquiry. It does not enroll you in recurring marketing texts or provide consent for prerecorded or autodialed marketing calls. If Tailored Approach later offers a marketing-message program, it will require a separate choice and separate terms before enrollment.
Analytics and tracking choices
Vercel Web Analytics
Vercel's anonymous, cookieless Web Analytics runs without using a Tailored Approach advertising profile or cross-site advertising cookie. It is used for aggregate page measurement and remains active when optional Google Analytics is denied.
Optional Google Analytics
Google Analytics does not load unless you select “Allow analytics” in this site's privacy choices. If allowed, it measures page use and the contact-form completion event. This website's configuration keeps advertising storage, advertising user data, advertising personalization, Google signals, and advertising-personalization signals denied or disabled.
Use the “Privacy choices” button at the bottom of the site to change your selection. Revoking optional analytics clears accessible first-party Google Analytics cookies and reloads the page without the Google tag. Browser or provider behavior may limit which stored values the website itself can remove.
Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track
If the browser sends an enabled Global Privacy Control signal, this website treats it as “Use necessary only,” keeps optional Google Analytics off, and disables the site's analytics opt-in while that signal remains enabled. Necessary hosting and security processing and Vercel's anonymous, cookieless Web Analytics continue to operate.
Legacy Do Not Track signals do not have a single industry-standard meaning, so this website does not change its necessary processing in response to them. Optional Google Analytics still remains off until you make an affirmative site-specific choice. If allowed, Google may receive information from this site and other sites or services that use Google under Google's own privacy terms. Tailored Approach does not authorize Vercel, Cloudflare, or Google to use this website's information for cross-site advertising. The third parties that may collect website-use information are limited to the provider roles and activation conditions described in this policy.
When we disclose information
We do not sell personal information, use it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or provide contact-form fields to data brokers. Information may be disclosed in these limited circumstances:
- Hosting and infrastructure: Vercel processes site requests, operational logs, and anonymous Web Analytics needed to host, operate, measure, and protect the site.
- Form security: Cloudflare processes the Turnstile token and related browser, device, network, IP-address, and challenge information needed to evaluate abuse.
- Optional analytics: Google receives the analytics information described above only after affirmative consent.
- Email delivery and mailbox services: After a valid form submission, the name, email address, phone number, and message are sent through the configured email transport to Tailored Approach's controlled business inbox.
- Professional support: A contractor, attorney, accountant, insurer, or other professional provider may receive information when reasonably necessary for an authorized business role and subject to an appropriate confidentiality or service obligation.
- Legal and safety needs: Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law or valid legal process, establish or defend legal claims, investigate abuse, prevent fraud, or protect rights, safety, property, or service integrity.
- Business transaction: Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or part of the business, subject to applicable law and the protections stated in any required notice.
Links to social networks, government sources, documentation, and other external sites are ordinary links. Their operators process information under their own policies after you choose to visit them.
Retention
The application does not intentionally store contact-form fields in its own database. After validation and abuse screening, a valid inquiry is delivered to the controlled business mailbox.
- Inquiry records: If an inquiry does not become a client engagement, controlled mailbox and working records are normally deleted within 24 months after the last substantive communication. A record may be kept longer when reasonably necessary for a legal hold, security investigation, dispute, enforcement of an agreement, or another documented obligation.
- Client and business records: If an inquiry becomes a paid engagement, related records are retained under the applicable agreement and legitimate contractual, accounting, tax, insurance, dispute, and legal requirements.
- Optional Google Analytics: User-level and event-level retention is configured for no more than 14 months. Google notes that this control does not remove all standard aggregated reporting.
- Browser preference: The local analytics choice remains until you change it or your browser clears local storage.
- Provider security and operational records: Vercel, Cloudflare, Google, and email providers retain provider-controlled records under their applicable settings, security needs, contracts, and legal obligations. Tailored Approach deletes or requests deletion of controlled information when it is no longer reasonably needed.
Your privacy requests
You may ask Tailored Approach to provide access to, correct, or delete personal information it controls. You may also ask for information about the categories collected, the purposes of use, and the provider categories that receive it. We may need to verify that the request concerns you before disclosing, changing, or deleting information. An authorized agent may submit a request where applicable law permits it, but we may request proof of authority and identity. Some information may be retained or excluded when permitted or required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, recordkeeping, contracts, claims, or the rights of others.
Where applicable law provides an appeal right, reply to the decision with “Privacy appeal” in the subject line and explain what you want reviewed. Tailored Approach will not discriminate against a person for exercising an applicable privacy right.
California privacy disclosures
For purposes of the California Online Privacy Protection Act, the categories of personally identifiable information this site may collect are identifiers and contact details, business or professional information included in an inquiry, internet or other electronic activity, approximate geolocation, and the message or other content a visitor chooses to submit. The categories of third parties that may process that information are hosting and infrastructure providers, security providers, optional analytics providers, email providers, authorized professional advisers or contractors, and government or legal recipients when disclosure is required or permitted by law.

Tailored Approach uses measures designed for the systems involved, including encrypted transport, server-side validation, abuse screening, restricted form size and fields, output escaping, and a configured business mailbox. Service providers and access are reviewed according to their roles. No internet transmission, provider, or storage method is completely secure, so this policy cannot guarantee that unauthorized access will never occur.
